How It Works…

Step 1: Fill out the repair form.

Step 2: We will email you a RMA number, invoice for diagnosis and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package up the complete Omnilock or Wi-Q and ship it out to us.

Step 4: Once we receive it we will diagnosis the problem. We will contact you regarding what we found and a quote to make the repairs. At that point you will have the option of having us repair the unit or not.

Step 5: We will repair it. Collect payment. Ship it back to you.

Pricing…

There is a non-refundable $50 diagnosis charge for 100-300-500-2000 Series units and $100 for W.A.M.S. & Wi-Q series. We can not quote any other prices beyond that without first receiving the unit and diagnosing it. We will always let you know how much it is going to be before we repair the unit. So you will always have the option to not go ahead with the repair. 

Software Support & Training

COR Security can also provide remote diagnosis and service for all Omnilock Software.

Using our secure Remote Web support we are able to remotely install, configure, and troubleshoot any problems you may have with the Omnilock Facility Manager or Wireless Access Management software.

We can also provide personal one on one training for your staff on the Omnilock software.
