If you are having trouble running reports try the following items.
1. Confirm you have the latest version of the software, 1.52 build 100. You can do this by clicking on Help then About. If you do not have the latest version you can contact us to get access to the secured download.
2. Do not click on the database to open the program. This will cause problems! Start the program then browse to the database.
Here's how:
Click on the OFM program by going to C:\Program Files\OSI Security Devices\OMNILOCK Facility Manager\FcltyMgr.exe. If the correct database does not come up click on Facility then Open. From there you can browse to where ever you have the database located.
3. For older versions of the software download, unzip, and run the following files to fix some report issues.
