Refreshing a lock in the OFM software means sending all data, not just the most recent data, to the lock during the next data exchange.  

-Open the OFM software
-Click on the Reader / Lock icon or click View then Facility Explorer
-Click on the reader you want to refresh
-Right click and choose refresh
-Click OK on any pop ups that may come up
-Do a data exchange with the Pocket PC
